Confidentiality: All services are private and confidential, for the personal use of people with problems to solve.

Access: Client files are not networked or accessible from the internet.

Security: Credit card information is handled only via a secure server for on-line orders. All credit card information is used only for one-time purchases through the secured line of a commerical bank.

Time and Billing: Phone calls are rounded to the closest 5 minutes. Phone expenses are paid by client. Residual pre-paid time accrues and is kept available for use for up to one year.

Privacy: Client information is never distributed, loaned, sold, or otherwise used for commerical purposes.

Honesty: Your Jewish Fairy Godmother tries her best to help every client. If she believes she will not succeed, she'll tell you immediately and refund any pre-paid money. If she thinks there is a chance she can help, you pay for her time and she does her best. This is a relationship of mutual trust.
